Requirement Conflict Resolution

I've gathered requirements from multiple stakeholders and some conflict with each other. Help me identify and frame the tradeoffs.

2. Present 2-3 resolution options
3. State the tradeoff for each option
4. Recommend an approach with rationale
5. Suggest how to present this to stakeholders for decision
