The Starting Frame Prompt

Design the still that will drive this video generation.

Produce:
1. What the still must show — the first frame of the intended shot
2. Composition: where the subject sits, given where it will move to
3. What to leave room for
4. Depth and separation, so the motion has somewhere to happen
5. What to avoid in the still: anything that would break when
   moved, extreme close-ups on faces, complex hand positions
6. The image prompt

Then:
7. How to evaluate candidate stills — what to look for beyond
   "looks nice"
8. The motion prompt to pair with it
9. What will go wrong if the still and the motion prompt disagree

A still that is beautiful but has no room for motion produces a
worse video than a plainer still composed for movement.
