Assess:
1. What a camera move would add here — specifically
2. What it would cost: coherence risk, generation reliability,
   attention drawn to the camera
3. Whether the move is motivated (following a subject, revealing
   something) or unmotivated (movement for its own sake)
4. Whether the shot before and after this one move — three moving
   shots in a row is exhausting, three static shots in a row is
   flat
5. Recommendation, with reasoning

Then produce both versions of the prompt so I can generate each.

Bias toward stillness. Unmotivated movement is the most common
tell in AI video, because models add drift when the camera is not
specified and creators leave it in.
