My generation did not come out as intended. Help me diagnose it.

1. Which element of the prompt caused the specific problem
2. Was it under-specification, over-specification, or conflict
   between elements?
3. Is this a prompt problem or a known model limitation?
4. If it is a limitation: what is the workaround?
5. The specific rewrite that addresses it
6. What else in the prompt is likely to cause a problem I have not
   noticed yet

Then: is this shot achievable at all on this platform, or should I
restructure the idea?
