The Design-Critique-Revise Loop

Pass 1: "Design [X]. [Requirements.]"

Pass 2: "You are a senior engineer reviewing this design in a
        design review. You are sceptical. Find:
        - The assumption that will turn out to be wrong
        - The component that will be the source of most bugs
        - What will break first at 10x scale
        - What is over-engineered
        - What is missing entirely
        Be specific. A design that reviews cleanly has not been
        reviewed."

Pass 3: "Revise the design addressing the review. For each point:
        did you fix it, and if not, why is it acceptable?"
